We're not a franchise and we don't ship your device off somewhere. It gets worked on at our bench in Vernal, by us, and it stays here until you pick it up.
Lifetime warranty on our work
If a part we installed fails on its own, or we got something wrong, we fix it free for as long as you own the device — and it goes to the front of the queue. It doesn't cover new damage or problems we didn't cause. See the terms.
We diagnose before we quote
You get a real number before we open anything. And if the repair isn't worth what the device is worth, we'll tell you that instead of taking your money.
We do the repairs others turn down
Most shops swap modules and give up when that doesn't work. We do board-level micro-soldering — HDMI ports, charging circuits, water-damaged boards. The nearest shop doing this kind of work is hours away.
